Ski passes can be purchased directly at the reception.

Are there any discounts or cooperations with sports stores and ski schools?

All reductions can be found in the Alpin Gold Card flyer, which you will receive upon arrival.

How long is the reception staffed?

08:00 - 20:00

Check In: 16:00 - 20:00 hrs

Early arrival

Depending on availability on the day of arrival. Consultation with the reception is required!

Late arrival

Arrival after 20:00 is no problem, for this we ask for a short info in advance!

Depending on availability on the day of departure. Consultation with the reception is necessary!

 

Is it possible to leave luggage before arrival or after departure?

You are welcome to leave your car and luggage with us before arrival or after departure.

External guests are welcome to stay with us upon request and subject to availability.

 

Is it necessary to announce food intolerances or special diets?

We kindly ask you to inform us directly at the time of booking about any special diets or food intolerances.

 

Is there a parking lot directly in the hotel?

Parking is available free of charge.

 

Is there an e-charging station?

Yes, you are welcome to use it free of charge.

 

Are dogs allowed?

Dogs are only allowed on request and only in selected rooms/suites.

Is there a wellness area?

Since all our rooms and suites are equipped with a private sauna, we do not have a wellness area.

 

Is there a fitness area?

The gym with cardio and strength equipment is available free of charge.

 

Is there a ski room available?

Our heated ski room is available free of charge.

 

Can bicycles be stored at the hotel?

No, there is no bike room in the hotel. For more details please contact our reception team.

 

Is there a washing machine and dryer?

On-site washing machines and dryers are available free of charge. Tabs for the washing machine can be purchased at the front desk.

Also at your disposal is an iron.

 

Questions regarding the room/ suite

What is available in my room/suite?

Wifi, Nespresso coffee machine, bathrobes, towels, bed linen (allergy bed linen on request) , hairdryer, Rituals care products.

Smoking is prohibited in all our rooms.

Kitchen: fully equipped with pots, dishes, cutlery. (no spices, etc.)

Private sauna (can be used from 07:30 to 22:00)

 

Is there a daily cleaning service?

Yes, your room will be cleaned daily by us.

 

Is there air conditioning in the rooms/suites?

Our rooms / suites do NOT include air conditioning.

 

Are there cribs and highchairs?

Yes, on request and for a fee!

What kind of meals are offered?

We only offer overnight stays including breakfast.

 

What are the cancellation conditions?

100% deposit 1 day before arrival

until 16:00 o'clock before the day of arrival: cancellation or change free of charge

from 16:00 o'clock before the day of arrival: 100% cancellation, - and change fees

 

Flexible rate

30% deposit at booking and balance payment up to 14 days before arrival date

up to 14 days before arrival: cancellation or change free of charge

from 13 days before arrival: 100% cancellation and change fees

 

Non refundable rate

100% deposit at booking

100% cancellation and modification fees

 

Can a booking be made without a credit card?

If you do not have a credit card, you are welcome to complete the booking by phone with us and pay by bank transfer.

 

How do I change or cancel an existing booking?

For change and cancellation requests, please contact us in writing.

All bookings made through a tour operator or third party supplier must also be cancelled or changed through them.

 

Is payment on the spot possible?  

We kindly ask you to settle the payment in time according to the cancellation policy before arrival.
